Approximately 80% of our production is exported throughout Europe as well as to other countries worldwide, including USA and Canada. The remainder of our products is distributed in the local market.
Vevers Ltd specializes in the production of Window Scantlings in different sizes, made from FSC™ certified wood using modern manufacturing equipment from Weinig Group and Leadermac. Approximately 95% of the production is dried in modern computer controlled drying-kilns from BascHild, which guarantees an even drying and high quality. All products mentioned below are available as FSC™ certified.
One of the wood processing byproducts made by Vevers Ltd. is Wood Briquettes, made from 100% natural pine-wood Sawdust. We produce approximately 150 tons of Wood Briquettes monthly. Wood Briquettes are a high quality, effective fuel with high calorific power.
Vevers Ltd also produces wood Construction Beams of various sizes. Building beams are Glue Laminated from Finger Jointed lamellas using polyurethane-based glue, which provides very high quality of the compound. All products mentioned below are available as FSC™ certified.
We are producing durable Theatre Laths. The laths are dried in the automated drying kilns thus providing the average humidity level KD 12% +/-2%. The deals are grown in length (finger joint) and they do not contain any knots.
There is at least one jointing line on the broad side of the deal. After the gluing all the surfaces are smoothly planed but the edges are rounded. Small amount of a blue stain, a resin or a core is acceptable.
