Products
SIA Vēvers products are made of pine timber, paying the special attention to the purchase of materials. 95% from the made production is dried in the computerized BascHild timber plant, which provides the constant timber moisture 12% (+/- 2%), uniform drying and high quality of timber.
Within the product workout we perform the careful quality control. All products mentioned below are available certified by FSC Mix Credit
WINDOW SCANTLINGS
Producing window scantlings, there are used both fixed (FIX) and finger-jointed (FJ) lamellas (workpieces) knotless and without any defects. The moisture content for workpieces after drying is 12% (+/- 2%). The finger-jointed places are visible on the widest part of the scantlings. To provide the high quality of the gluing place, there is used D4 polyurethane based two-component glue.
PANELS
Pine wood panels are grown in length and glued in width. Panels are being made and glued mainly from 24-60 mm wide separate slats. After formation they are planed and after gluing - carefully polished. After drying humidity in prefabricated panels is 12% +/- 2%. Sticking line is visible on the surface of the panel. For fastening is used glue (D4) ensuring a high quality joints.
THEATRE BATTENS
The various size theatre battens are glued from finger-jointed knotless workpieces. The surface of the battens is continuous and contains at least one glued joint on its widest side. The moisture content for workpieces after drying is 12% (+/- 2%). After gluing all workpieces are planed smoothly, the edges – rounded. For the theatre battens is admissible a minor blue stain, resins or pith. The material is resistant against deformation.
CONSTRUCTION BEAMS
Construction beams of various sizes, which are glued using polyurethane-based two-component glue (D4), which guarantees high joint quality. The development technology ensures high resistance of beams to large temperature fluctuations.
The woodchip briquettes is a high-quality and energy-efficient 100 % natural fuel feature, which is produced from pine woodchips, without using of binding agent.
WOOD SHAVINGS
In the woodworking process each month there are produced more than 500 m3 of wood shavings. They consist of 100% pine timber material.
WOODCHIPS
Woodchips is a high-quality woodworking by-product, which is produced by crushing the timber waste.
